So, my first day in NYC. The irish girl (whose name I don't even know) told me that she needs like 1.30 h to commute. And that se has to live in the Bronx (though not in a dangeros zone of it) 'cause rents in the center are prohibitive. And, still, she pays more than $800 a month...
So, it doesn't look easy, living here.
And so, why is this city so familiar? Why do I feel here so much at home?
The chinese market sounds and smells like Palermo's Markets. Little Italy, like a tourisitic street in Italy. Manhattan seems so familiar - maybe because of the hundreds of sit-com episodes and movies.
